Pricing questions
How do you count my orders?
Automatically. We are already backing up your orders, so we simply count them - you are placed on the smallest plan whose limit covers your month. There is nothing to declare.
What if I have a big month and go over?
Picture a holiday rush that pushes you past your plan. The app points out the next plan up, and you switch in one click. Prefer hands-off? Turn on automatic upgrades and we move you up for you, and email you to say so. We never move you down on our own.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
Neither. It's simple monthly billing through Stripe. Manage or cancel anytime from the Plan and billing tab (or by uninstalling the app).
What does "history" mean?
How far back you can restore. 30 days on Starter, 90 on Growth, and a full year on Pro and Enterprise.
