Will it slow down my store?
No. The app works quietly in the background. Your storefront and your admin stay just as fast as before - your customers never notice it running.
How quick is a restore?
Seconds for a single item. Pick a backup, choose what to bring back, confirm. That's it.
Could I end up with duplicate products?
No. We recognise each item by something that doesn't change - a product by its code, a customer by their email. If that code now belongs to a different item, you choose what to do: overwrite, skip, or bring yours back as a copy.
Can I restore just one thing, like the price?
A restore brings back an item's full saved version, not a single field. The trick: pick a backup from when that detail was still right, and restore the item from there.
Do you back up my orders?
Yes, with their line items and addresses. We never change an existing order. If you delete one, you can restore it on request - we recreate it as a new order (a new number; the customer is not re-charged).
What happens when the free trial ends?
You move onto the plan that matches your monthly orders - counted for you, nothing to report. You can switch plans in one click, or let automatic upgrades handle it as you grow. Manage or cancel anytime from the Plan and billing tab (or by uninstalling).
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your access key is scrambled, every store is kept separate, and your data is removed when you uninstall. More in Security & privacy.
